What is this tool?

The NYT Crossplay Helper finds valid words from your rack and ranks them by Crossplay scoring, so you can quickly spot stronger scoring plays.

How to use it

• Enter your rack tiles (up to 7 letters).
• Optionally provide accessible board letters to include hook and extension plays.
• Use ? for blanks — blank tiles score 0.
• Choose the word list that best matches your game.
